Deliberate Life

Stop drifting. Start designing.

Most people drift through life on autopilot. Reacting. Responding to circumstances. Never quite sure if they're living the life they actually want to live. It doesn't have to be this way.

There is a pattern we see again and again. People who excel in one area of life whilst other areas quietly fall apart.

Brilliant careers, but relationships under strain. Financial success, but a body in decline. Deep connections with others, but no sense of purposeful work. We pour ourselves into what we know, and neglect what we don't — until the cost becomes impossible to ignore.

Deliberate Life™ is a systematic framework for examining ten categories of life through five essential questions.

Five questions

1
Why does this matter?
Why
'Why is this area of my life important to me?' We start with why because understanding your deeper motivation gives meaning to everything that follows. If you don't know why something matters to you, it's nearly impossible to sustain any real change.
2
What do I believe?
Beliefs
'What are my beliefs in this area of my life?' Our beliefs — especially the limiting ones — often determine whether we're willing or able to make changes. If you believe something isn't possible for you, you won't even try. Identifying and challenging limiting beliefs is the foundation for everything that follows.
3
What is my vision?
Vision
'What is my vision for this area of my life?' What does good look like, and when? This is your ideal picture of the future. It defines what you want to achieve.
4
What is my strategy?
Strategy
'What is my strategy to achieve my vision?' How will you get there at a high level? Strategy is the broad, long-term approach that bridges the gap between vision and day-to-day action.
5
How will I make this happen?
Tactics
'How am I going to make this happen?' The specific how at ground level. This breaks down into three parts: Actions (one-off tasks), Routines and Habits (repeated behaviours that compound over time), and Barriers (what could get in the way and how to overcome it).

Interactive workbook

An AI-supported digital workbook that adapts to your answers, helping you think more clearly about every dimension of your life.

Your personalised roadmap

You will finish with a concrete, actionable plan for every area that matters to you — not abstract goals, but a living strategy.

Curated resources

For each category, we share a curated library of the books, podcasts, TED talks, articles, and exercises we've found most valuable — selected, summarised, and organised so you don't have to search for them yourself.

Who this is for

For people ready to bring the same intentionality to their personal life as they bring to their work.

Leaders, executives and entrepreneurs

At a junction in life — career change, health crisis, relationship breakdown, or the quiet sense that high achievement has left other areas unattended. Typical trigger: mid-30s to early-50s.

Professionals in transition

Broaden beyond career — the transition can be any life junction: a new city, a new relationship, becoming a parent, losing someone, or simply outgrowing who you used to be.

Curious self-developers

You've done the books, seminars and apps. You have the knowledge but not the structure to turn it into consistent practice. This programme bridges that gap — it's not more theory, it's a practical framework for implementation across every area of life. Curiosity, not crisis, is your entry point.

Questions

A self-paced video course paired with an interactive digital workbook. You work through each of the ten life categories at your own rhythm, guided by professionally produced video content and supported by an AI-powered workbook that adapts to your reflections.
We recommend planning to complete the programme within 10–12 weeks, working through one category per week. There's no rush, but completion matters — the real value comes from working through all ten categories and then refining as you implement your plan.
Not in the traditional sense. Deliberate Life uses the same framework we have refined through years of one-to-one executive coaching, but it is designed to be completed independently. The structure and questions guide you through the same depth of inquiry our private clients experience.
Most programmes focus on one dimension — mindset, productivity, relationships, or health. Deliberate Life is comprehensive: ten categories, five essential questions applied to each. It doesn't just motivate you — it gives you a practical strategy and concrete tactics for every area of your life.
This programme assumes some familiarity with personal development — you don't need to be an expert, but a foundation of self-awareness and curiosity will help you get the most from the framework.
Twelve months. The time limit is intentional — it's there to help you finish, not restrict you.

Deliberate Life™ launches July 2026.
